Onsite AV Service Partners, LLC’s contractual obligation under our DIR contract is to provide DIR clients a negotiated manufacturer discount off of manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event that the current MSRP is different than the MSRP listed here on our webpage, the current MSRP will apply for the calculation of DIR client price.

Return Policies
Custom and special order items are non-returnable. Non-custom items are returnable within 30 days of shipping date. A 20% restocking fee is assessed on all allowable returns.

Purchase Order Instructions

Add all items to cart
Use total amount to secure a PO
Generate a purchase order made payable to Onsite AV Service Partners, LLC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-4459 on your purchase order.
Return to the site and complete checkout using the PO or submit an email order with the PO to DIRsales@OnsiteAV.com

If Paying By Credit Card

If you are paying by Credit Card and not using a Purchase Order, please follow the below instructions.

Add all items to cart
Use total amount to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form (download here)
At checkout, upload the Credit Card Authorization form via the Upload Purchase Order button.
Enter the type of credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc…) in the Purchase Order field.

Standard shipping and handling fees for products is included. Client is responsible for any requested or required special delivery or expedited shipping charges. Large bulky items require SPECIAL DELIVERY and will be billed accordingly.
